When you set appointments, you are allocating blocks of the doctor’s, or the hygienist’s, valuable time. Patient cancellations can cost the practice dearly over time. So it’s important to be able to track cancellations in order to determine how many cancellations are happening, how much revenue is the practice losing,  who are the patients that are cancelling, and what is the reason they are cancelling.

Finding qualified openings in an electronic schedule can be a challenge, but Diamond Dental makes it easy.
The next available search lets you customize just what you are looking for, and then searches the schedule for time slots that match your search parameters.

In the Diamond Dental Appointment scheduler, you can easily select which providers will be displayed, and save these arrangements into, what we call, Provider Views. You may then quickly flip back and forth between these views, to display the schedule arrangement you desire.
