Practice Statistics
The Practice Statistics screen within Pocket 3Star is very much like the Practice Statistics screen of the desktop version. You may see a difference in the number of accounts since the desktop version does not include archived accounts in its total and the Pocket 3Star version does, if you have opted to include archived accounts in your updating. Transactions may also be different since you have the option to filter transactions being updated to the Pocket PC by date.

Synchronization Information
Synchronization Information consists of two tabbed screens. The Modified Data Info tab displays whether data has been added, deleted, or changed. The areas within Pocket 3Star that can be modified are Prescriptions, Drug Library, Phone Book, Todo Items, and Appointments. If any modification has taken place, the word Yes will appear next to it. This is your indication that there is data on the Pocket PC that needs to be updated to the desktop computer. After updating, this screen will clear with all choices returning to No.

The Filter Info tab will display the type of filtering that was used to load your Pocket PC. The options are Archived Included, Yes or No, Starting Transaction, by date and Starting Appointment by date. If no filtering was used then “<No Filter>” will display.
